Hot Lunch Accounts
by J Butcher - Wednesday, 26 March 2014, 09:07 AM
Hopefully the technical hitch we have had this week with Parent Pay is resolved.  Unfortunately, as the meal data had backed up for a number of days, many accounts have now gone into a negative balance.  We recognise that this may have happened unknowingly for many parents and will therefore not be sending out debt reminder texts this week.  We do however ask that all parents check their child's hot lunch account on Parent Pay and ensure that there is enough credit on the account to take them through to the end of term next Friday.  If you have any issues regarding this message please contact Jane Butcher in the school office.  Thank you for your understanding with this hitch and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
