CHESS CLUB is  cancelled next Wednesday the 25th Nov due to the X-Mas Fair.

School will be finishing early on the last day of term - at 1pm.

The after school club will be open from 1pm until 6pm as usual. If you need to use this service please  ensure you book your children in. Booking forms will be available shortly.

Recently established, the 'Buckingham Primary School Blog' allows the BPS community to share the latest news from around the school. Head over to www.buckinghamprimary.org to find out about the 'Excellent start to the school year' and 'Around Buckingham Primary School'.

Being a blog, the whole school community has the opportunity to comment on the blog posts! Scroll to the bottom of blog posts to add comments. We would very much like to read comments from pupils, parents and teachers about the news that is posted. A little bit of patience is required, though, as comments have to be checked before they appear on the blog!

We are very excited to share with you the latest developments in our pond area.  Over the months, the area has seen significant improvements, with the tidying of the area and the additional of a new path, a new fence, and a new decking area.  The project is still in progress, but we thought you would be interested in seeing how it is developing.

The school website and VLE have had a new look and a redesign.

Some of your favourite areas of the VLE such as blogging, messaging and your courses, will be available from a new area called 'My Zone'. My Zone has its own link in the top navigation. Look out for the addition of a new 'groups' section too; this allows you to link up with other pupils with similar interests.
